MarkLogic Support Services are available to licensed customers with active maintenance agreements.
In order for entitled customers to receive support from the MarkLogic Support team, they will need to be registered as a MarkLogic Support Contact. If your organization has an active maintenance contract with MarkLogic and are entitled to MarkLogic Support Services, you can request an account by submitting the following information
License detail from a MarkLogic Server instance for which a maintenance contrace exists.

If you are not a direct customer but are working on behalf of another MarkLogic customer with a current maintenance support contract, that customer can assign one of their support contacts to you. Please have them e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, their organization name, and either the customer number, a sales order number, or a license key and licensee from their MarkLogic Server instance for which a maintenance contract exists.
If you are not entitled to MarkLogic Support Services, there are other channels available to get help on MarkLogic Server through our developer community, which can be found on our community website http://developer.marklogic.com/qa
