MarkLogic Technical Support Services are available to customers with active services in Data Hub Service and to licensed customers with active maintenance agreements.
In order for entitled customers to receive support from the MarkLogic Technical Support team, they will need to be registered as a MarkLogic Support Contact. If your organization is entitled to MarkLogic Support Services, you can request an account by submitting the following information
Service details from an active MarkLogic Data Hub Service instance.
License detail from a MarkLogic Server instance for which a maintenance contract exists.
If you do not have your license detail, please provide at least one of the following:

If you are not a direct customer but are working on behalf of a MarkLogic customer who is entitled to MarkLogic Technical Support, that customer can assign one of their support contacts to you. Please have them e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, your email address, their organization name and their entitlement details.
If you are not entitled to MarkLogic Support Services, there are other channels available to get help on MarkLogic Server through our developer community, which can be found on our community website http://developer.marklogic.com/qa
